Arsenal make offer for player with €700m release clause
The Gunners have allegedly tabled a transfer offer to rival AC Milan for Marco Asensio. The Real Madrid winger has a reported €700 million buyout clause in his contract, which ends in 2023.
Speaking on SportMediaset, one of Asensio’s representatives said: “Milan’s interest is a pride, a future in Milan is an option. There are also offers from a couple of English clubs, including Arsenal. We are ready to evaluate every possibility.”

Timo Werner’s agent, Volker Struth, has met representatives from AC Milan, Juventus, and Atalanta in Italy this week.
The Sports360 chief has kept his Instagram followers updated. He has posted selfies alongside Juventus’ director of football Federico Cherubini, AC Milan sporting director Frederic Massara, and Atalanta head of recruitment Lee Congerton.

The Lewandowski-Barcelona links grow stronger
